Giorgia Angiuli drops her powerful EP “Rage Is A Feeling” on Filth on Acid

giorgia angiuli

Giorgia Angiuli drops her powerful new EP “Rage Is A Feeling” on Reinier Zonneveld’s Filth on Acid.

Born in Puglia, also known as the heel of Italy’s boot, Giorgia is a classically trained musician, composer and multi-instrumentalist. She has dropped her techno heat on world-renowned record labels such as Stil vor Talent, Crosstown Rebels and Kevin Saunderson‘s legendary KM while playing all over the world.

Rage Is A Feeling opens up with hard edged, slamming techno drums. Acid stabs and bright, euphoric trance stabs flash over the top of the mix, while saw tooth synths add drive and texture to what is a hugely emotional banger.

Giorgia Angiuli
Giorgia Angiuli – Rage Is a Feeling

My Power is more bouncy with a busy acid line, more raw synth stabs and a sultry vocal up top. It’s hard and fast and sure to blow up any club.

This is another superb EP from Giorgia Angiuli.

Desolat welcomes Davide T with three lively productions on ‘6.00 AM’

Milan-based DJ and producer Davide T is making a growing mark on Italy’s house scene with his precise grooves and percussive rhythms. Building a rising reputation through electrifying performances as a resident at Manawa Experience and Red Motel parties, he has earned the attention of key figures such as Marco Carola, The Martinez Brothers, and Jamie Jones.

Now, after a string of impressive releases this year, Davide makes his label debut on Loco Dice’s Desolat imprint with ‘6.00 AM’, a three-track EP that brings the label’s 2024 schedule to a powerful close.

Jumping straight into the action, ‘6.00 AM’ bursts with tight drum patterns, speedy hi-hats, and warping beats, while the smooth, calm female vocals create an unexpected contrast to the groove.

The first details of elrow’s upcoming residency at the groundbreaking [UNVRS] are revealed now. This new space, scheduled to open in 2025, sets a new standard of excellence in global nightlife and entertainment, positioning itself as the world’s first ‘hyperclub’, where advanced technology, art, design, large-scale architecture and transformative immersive experiences come together to redefine clubbing.

The announcement was made via the premiere of a cinematic trailer, to 500 guests including key figures from the music industry, art, film and media from around the world at Barcelona‘s Phenomena Experience Cinema.

Produced by creative studio Codea, the high-impact trailer stars elrow founders Juan Arnau and Cruz Arnau, along with their father Juan Arnau Sr., and features a special appearance by Yann Pissenem, CEO of The Night League. Together they star in an extraordinary and fun interstellar journey that leads them to this new joint adventure in Ibiza.

The screening was followed by a fireside-chat session with elrow co-founders Juan and Cruz Arnau. The brother and sister team, who come from a family with over 150 years history working in entertainment, have grown elrow into a global powerhouse, captivating more than 6 million people across 50 cities, 40 countries and 5 continents.

They were joined on stage by Yann Pissenem, founder, owner and CEO of The Night League and Ushuaïa Entertainment, the creative and driving force behind [UNVRS] and the multi-award winning Ushuaïa Ibiza and Hï Ibiza – the latter officially recognized as the world’s number 1 club by DJ Mag in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Also on the panel was Romain Pissenem, founder, CEO and show director of High Scream LTD, renowned for his innovative immersive productions in the music industry and other major events such as the Closing Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The panel, moderated by journalist Katie Knight, allowed the guests to expand on the details of this historic partnership between two giants of global entertainment.

Cruz Arnau, co-founder of elrow, explains:

“With this historic alliance we close the circle that began in 2012 with our arrival in Ibiza at Privilege’s Vista Club. Since then, we have felt at home in different clubs on the island, living magical moments at Space Club, in our residency at Amnesia, at our amazing parties at Ushuaïa Ibiza and now we are back in the big time, where it all started. This new era together at [UNVRS] is an incredible way to celebrate more than a decade of commitment to the past, present and future of clubbing culture”.

Yann Pissenem, founder, owner and CEO of The Night League and Ushuaïa Entertainment rejoins:

“The story of elrow is truly unique and long-standing. The Arnau family has been a reference in the entertainment world for over three generations now, and together, I am confident that we will write a new chapter for the books. [UNVRS] and elrow joining forces will provide the most creative and innovative productions ever seen in a nightclub environment. There is no doubt that the results will blow clubbers away next summer.”

For Juan Arnau Jr, Founder and Creative Director of elrow, this new collaboration represents a turning point in the brand’s evolution:

“At the end of last season, we had reached the limit of what we could do creatively on the island. This new concept allows us to integrate cutting-edge technology into our themes, from aerial acrobat engines to animatronic characters, creating dream worlds that blur the line between the physical and the digital, allowing us to take our shows to a level never before possible.” This evolution also extends to the programming, with “Some of the world’s biggest names in electronic music set to make us dance every Saturday.”

Romain Pissenem, CEO, Founder & Show Director High Scream LTD shares the sentiment:

“At [UNVRS], we’re creating something special—a production that blends cutting-edge tech with the immersive and playful spirit of Elrow. From stunning visuals to groundbreaking stage design, every single element has been meticulously designed to elevate the party and take the Elrow experience to a whole new dimension.”

In its weekly residency during the 2025 season, elrow will take its creativity and spectacle to new heights every Saturday next summer with four rotating themes designed to take full advantage of the technological and immersive capabilities of [UNVRS].

Attention to detail has always been a hallmark of elrow, and in this new phase, the brand is fusing its legacy of craftsmanship with technological innovation.

Ferran Pascual, elrow‘s technical director, explains how the new space enhances the experience:

“‘It’s a change of mentality. From a theatre-inspired ‘stage-centric’ experience, to a dynamic environment where every space in the club becomes part of the narrative. With more actors, interactive elements and surprises, every show will be bigger and better than ever.”

The evolution is not just technological, with Juan Arnau Jr. pointing out that “Music has always been at the heart of every elrow event. 2025 is no different with some very big surprises planned for the residencies”

He concludes: “Roweros (as our partygoers are known) will experience our dreamlike and creative worlds like never before, thanks to these new elements that blur the line between the physical and the digital. This ground-breaking new space will allow us to break down all the creative barriers that have been set up to date”.

Each themed party promises to deliver unique experiences, fusing music, technology, art and immersive entertainment in a format that will redefine nightlife.

Hallucinarium: Inspired by visionaries Alex and Allyson Grey, this cosmic journey transports attendees into a psychedelic universe that explores the peaks and valleys of human consciousness.

With kaleidoscopic projections, dynamic sets and three-dimensional visual effects, attendees will experience a world where the boundaries between reality and perception dissolve. The synergy between art and technology creates an immersive environment that awakens all the senses.

Kaos Garden: Okuda San Miguel’s work comes to life in this modern reinterpretation of Bosch’s The Garden of Earthly Delights. Okuda’s signature vibrant colours and geometric shapes merge with animated murals, interactive sculptures and a spatial design that envelops visitors in unique creative chaos.

It is a place where classic art meets contemporary urban culture, transforming the space into a visual and conceptual explosion that challenges the imagination.

Nowmads: A celebration of cultural diversity and intergalactic exploration, Nowmads combines tribes from different eras, cultures and worlds in an environment of constant transformation.

This theme creates a hybrid universe full of surprises, from interactive scenarios to animatronic characters that invite attendees to embark on a journey where the only limit is their imagination. A display of lights, sounds and technology takes this theme to a whole new level.

Sambowdromo: The heart of the Brazilian Amazon is brought to the club with this theme that celebrates the energy and rhythms of samba. Shamanic rituals, wild animals and the vibrant essence of Brazilian carnival combine with a production that includes immersive projections, infectious rhythms and kinetic sculptures.

From legendary footballers to mythical jungle figures, every detail comes together to create an unforgettable party full of life, colour and tribal energy.

Finally, for the as yet unannounced Closing Party, there will be a fifth theme, which, as is tradition, will be celebrated through a very special partnership to be unveiled in the coming months.
