Sziget Festival drops an additional 50+ artists for the 2025 edition

Sziget has dropped their third wave of names to its upcoming 2025 edition, unveiling a carnival of genres, including Little Simz, FKA Twigs, Empire of the Sun, Michael Kiwanuka, The Last Dinner Party, Portugal. The Man, Alessi Rose, Bartees Strange, The Joy, Sevdaliza, Last Train, Bartees Strange, Freeman, The Wellermen and more.

Adding to their diverse line-up, last week Sziget elevated their electronic offering like never before, covering the full spectrum of house, techno and underground sounds, with a new nightlife area, the Delta District, encapsulating 3 stages and new artists featuring Amelie Lens, Steve Angello, Don Diablo, Vini Vici, Miss Monique, Alok, Oguz and more to welcome high-energy and entrancing sets.

Strengthening the line-up across the six days at the iconic ‘Island of Freedom,’ festival-goers can expect a vibrant and diverse programme with dedicated spaces for music, theatre, cabaret, comedy, art and even a beachfront.

New for 2025, the Delta District will feature bouncing arenas and intimate club settings. From the hypnotic open-air amphitheater dedicated to house and techno, Yettel Colosseum, to the BOLT Night Stage delivering jaw-dropping visuals and cutting-edge sound system along with the latest addition of The Club, an intimate space for underground sounds and deep beats.

Amongst the highly anticipated acts, FKA Twigs makes her debut at Sziget after the pandemic delayed her original appearance. The British multi-talented artist is set to perform her praised latest album Eusexua, renowned for genre-blending music, which spans everything from trip hop to hyperpop.

Another celebrated performer with new music dropping in May, London-born rapper Little Simz, is ready to captivate the crowd with an electrifying show and band to take over the stage.

Australia’s electro-glam-pop duo Empire of the Sun will return to the festival after a few years hiatus, bringing their dazzling, sci-fi-inspired performances and hit songs like Walking on a Dream and We’re the People, alongside their new album Ask That God to make its live debut at the Island of Freedom.

The Last Dinner Party, an all-female band from East London, burst onto the scene with their debut chart-topping album Prelude to Ecstasy, earning a Mercury Prize nomination. With their dynamic sound and captivating presence, they’re set to be a must-see for festival crowds.

British soul artist Michael Kiwanuka, known for his critically acclaimed album Small Changes, will deliver a powerful live performance that blends soul and contemporary flair. Other newly confirmed acts include the dynamic pop singer Alessi Rose, the atmospheric Sevdaliza, genre-defying artist Bartees Strange, French indie rockers Last Train, Dutch sensation Frenna, and the bass-driven a cappella folk group The Wellermen.

Sziget returns in 2025 on the 6th-11th of August 2025.
