International multi-certified French Singer-Songwriter Jain joins iconic Bosnian-German DJ/Producer Solomun to release the vibrant and glistening dance-pop hit “Tout le monde est fou” (French for “Everyone is crazy”) out now via Arista Records/Sony Music France.
At a time when our heads can’t seem to stop spinning because it feels like the whole world has gone insane, Jain and Solomun anthemize this feeling in this instant hit, which features Jain singing in French for the first time, a twist sure to excite fans.
The release comes in a bundle that includes the extended cosmic disco-flavored club version (6’36”), which Solomun has been teasing during his LatAm and US tour since last December 2024.
Reflecting on the track’s creation, Solomun shares:
“I was working on this beat, and even though it was a disco track which can often be lighthearted, this one started building more and more of this mysterious energy, this je ne sais quoi.
I knew I needed a voice that could transport this feeling, so I showed it to a friend, and he suggested Jain, and it just felt right. And when she delivered the vocals in her playful but fatalistic way, this quintessentially French way, I knew this is it.”
The essence of the track’s official music +video, directed by AI Artist Luigi Bastelica, captures humanity at its most chaotic, magnificent, and terrifying. A seamless loop of breathtaking shots, each more incredible than the last, unfolds in a continuous traveling movement – following, completing, and contradicting one another. While some scenes depict dystopian scenarios that do not yet exist, others are, unfortunately, all too real.
