Lost Village festival has announced its line-up for 2025, returning to the Lincolnshire forest for a unique cinematic four-day experience across the August Bank Holiday weekend (21-24 August).
Known for its surreal and labyrinthian landscape, Lost Village creates an immersive experience where stages take shape around junkyards, aeroplanes and abandoned buildings.
The programming brings together some of the world’s best electronic music, live bands, exceptional dining experiences and a curated line-up of comedy and conversation, continuing to prove Lost Village as one of the Summer season’s most unique festival experiences.
The programming places emphasis on discovery and exploration throughout the day, with the line-up spanning names such as Barry Can’t Swim, making his first live appearance since the launch of his debut album When Will We Land?, the anticipated return of Caribou in full live band glory, along with longtime festival favorites Four Tet and Maribou State (live), who first performed at the inaugural edition in 2015.
Singer-songwriter Ruthven will also be performing live, following the release of his new album on XL Recordings, whilst Joy Orbison, who wrote one of the biggest records of 2024 Flight FM en route to Lost Village, will be returning to The Forest stage.
Further acts include scene pioneers Dixon and Damian Lazarus, the forever-iconic Honey Dijon, with her new live show, and French Touch visionary Cassius. Expect dynamic sets from Grammy-nominated producer Mild Minds, making his UK debut, the rich funk musicality of Dutch duo ANOTR, and high-energy performances from electronic pioneers such as Carlita, Chaos in the CBD, Palms Trax, HUNEE, SHERELLE, HAAi, and Tourist amongst many others.
Embodying an unpredictable and explorative spirit, Lost Village is known for extended sets and unannounced performances – sometimes planned, sometimes a delightful surprise.
2025 also sees the continuation of Lost Village‘s long-standing partnership with queer collective, HE.SHE.THEY, who will be bringing their thunderbolt energy to proceedings for a stage takeover. This year will also mark the return of South Asian electronic collective Daytimers, who first collaborated with Lost Village back in 2021.
Lost Village is renowned for its exceptional culinary program, featuring collaborations with some of the UK’s most celebrated chefs. Festival-goers have the chance to experience intimate chef’s table events at 30-seater “Table in the Woods” with culinary luminaries like Gareth Ward (Ynyshir), Rafael Cagali (Da Terra), Alice Powers & Callum Leslie (The Black Swan), and Nieves Barragán Mohacho (Sabor) – chefs whose critically acclaimed restaurants are highly sought-after and boast multiple Michelin stars between them.
In addition, Lost Village‘s Forest Banquets offer communal, fire-fuelled feasts with menus curated by acclaimed restaurants such as Anglothai, Fallow, and Black Lock. Beyond this, there will be on-site restaurants from a hand-picked collection of London’s most exciting spots, including Alley Cats Pizza, Kricket, Pophams and Burger and Beyond.
Live comedy venue The Lost Theatre returns once more, ready to entertain with a captivating line-up of comedic talent, with previous years featuring performers such as Simon Amstell, Phil Wang, Joel Dommett, Katherine Ryan, Joe Lycett, and Lou Sanders – names that typically grace much larger stages, bringing their unique brand of humour to the intimate setting.
The festival’s hub for talks and discussions The Institute of Curious Minds returns, inviting Lost Villagers to enjoy a series of talks and engaging discussions with leading figures from the worlds of music, art, and culture. Previous guests have included The Prodigy‘s Leroy Thornhill, RuPaul star Tayce, fashion icon Pam Hogg, and acclaimed filmmaker Irvine Welsh.
Continuing the festival’s push far beyond music, Lost Village offers a rich programme of lakeside wellness activities including yoga, south baths, massage, therapies and wood-fired hot tubs. Festival-goers will also have the opportunity to deepen their creative endeavours across a multitude of workshops, ranging from clothing customization, screen printing, millinery, wood crafts and painting, to cocktail masterclasses and life drawing.
