Award-winning artist and producer Ben Böhmer announces 14 new North American tour dates for 2025. The announcement comes hot on the heels of his ambitious new album, Bloom, out now via Ninja Tune.
In support of the new project, which Billboard heralded as a “demonstration of all the depth, lushness and absolute feeling the German producer is a master of,” Ben will be returning to the United States and Canada to perform his acclaimed live show at some of the most beloved venues in the country.
He’ll be headlining New York City’s Brooklyn Paramount, Washington D.C.’s Echostage, Boston’s House of Blues, Denver’s Mission Ballroom, and more. The tour will feature an upgrade to Ben‘s show, which now includes his instrument of choice, the piano, returning Ben to his improvisational roots as an artist and composer.
Alongside the 2025 tour announcement also comes the new official music video for one of Bloom‘s highlights, “Faithless,” with Erin LeCount. Directed by the award-winning Maxim Kelly (who’s also created videos for Black Country, New Road, Black Midi, and Hot Chip), the video features a single continuous track shot that moves fluidly, showing the ups and downs we all experience as humans with a timeline of morning to night.
“The video was made using AI-generated images stitched into a panorama, with traditional VFX added for subtle animations and a parallax effect,” Kelly remarks on its creation. “It’s a visual journey through emotions, reflecting key moments in the track’s lyrics.”
Ben has notched several major performances in 2024, including festivals such as Electric Forest, Portola, and a closing set at Lollapalooza, and served as direct support for ODESZA‘s stadium tour at The Gorge and Madison Square Garden & more.
Starting in November, he’ll head back to Europe for a string of fall shows, including a stop at the Great Hall of Alexandra Palace. He’s shared festival stage bills with the likes of Caribou, Four Tet, Bicep, Jamie xx, and Amelie Lens, and in 2022, launched Portraet, his four-night residency at the open-air Ibiza club Cova Santa, enlisting Barry Can’t Swim, HAAi, Sofia Kourtesis and more to play alongside him.
All it takes is a brief glance at the comments section of Ben‘s posts and videos to understand how much his music has resonated with his fans, who share a unique sense of connection and unity online and on the dancefloor.
To nourish these bonds, Ben has introduced a new community platform. Members will get access to exclusive perks like show recordings, presale tickets, limited-edition merch, guest list lotteries, and more to come. You can download it for free here.
