With more than 40 venues across the island and one of the most diverse line-ups in Europe, Sziget 2023 will feature a jaw-dropping programme of international electronic acts for its TicketSwap Colosseum and Samsung Party Arena rave venues.
Across techno and house, key DJs at the two venues include Tale of Us, 999999999, Dixon, DJ Tennis, Herrensauna XXL, Paula Temple, Adam Beyer, Kobosil, Mall Grab, Rebekah, Partiboi69, Shlømo, Diplo, Sven Väth and many more.
This announcement complements an already exciting star-stunned line-up with the likes of Billie Eilish, Mumford & Sons, Lorde and Macklemore, David Guetta, Florence + The Machine, Imagine Dragons, Loyle Carner, Bonobo, Girl In Red, Yung Lean, Confidence Man, The Aces, Lucie Antunes, Coloray, SG Lewis, Sleaford Mods amongst others.
Showcasing the best of electronic music, Sziget‘s party venue TicketSwap Colosseum returns this year with an enhanced stunning design that features the best sound and lighting technology.
The TicketSwap Colosseum is a 9-metre high and 3,000-capacity modern amphitheatre built with innovative sustainable materials that are mostly recycled, repurposed or recyclable. Created by the renowned architecture studio Hello Wood the Colosseum is built from 5,000 pallets creating a perfect industrial ambience to enjoy electronic music at its best. The venue will feature two bars, a VIP area and an impressive DJ booth in the shape of a gladiator helmet.
With something for every electronic music lover, the first day will feature Herrensauna XXL, Patrick Mason, VTSS, MARRØN, Estella Boersma, Sugar and u.r.trax. After the initial warm-up, the second day will see the electronic music extravaganza by Partiboi69 and Mall Grab, KETTAMA b2b Miley Serious, DJ Gigola, JKS, Juicy Romance, and Afriqua.
The third day will feature techno galore by SHDW & Obscure Shape, Hadone, Stephan Krus, Asymptote and dance music living legend Marco Bailey. The next day we will see one of the world’s top DJs, Dixon, the characteristic industrial techno by Soft Crash, Kevin Luke, DJ Tennis and his eclectic set along with Marino Canal and GHEIST.
On the fifth day, the vibe will be a trip through the ethereal sounds of Courtesy, the trance of Anetha, Sven Väth‘s techno revolution, Byron Yeates and Chaos In The CBD. And closing the festival in style, the last day will include stellar sets spanning across all corners of the techno landscape by Sara Landry, I Hate Models, Shlømo, Kobosil, Rebekah, Lokier, Lee Ann Roberts, Frazi.er and 999999999.
Not far from the Tickeswap Colosseum, after a short walk through the wonders of the Island of Freedom, revellers will find Sziget‘s other rave temple, the Samsung Party Arena. A 10,000-capacity tent with impressive visual effects and a 360 sound set up that will host the who’s who of modern electronic music.
Headliners include Italian super duo Tale Of Us, American sweetheart Diplo, Swedish techno king Adam Beyer along with Macky Gee, Mochakk, Reinier Zonneveld live, TroyBoi and Vintage Culture.
In terms of the split by days, the first night the Party Arena will feature Adrenalize, Devin Wild, Evil Activities, Ran-D, Sound Rush, Sub Zero Project, VILLAIN and Warface & Vertile.
The second-day headliner is Adam Beyer followed by Reinier Zonneveled live, Bart Skils, Grace Dahl, and Joyhauser. The third day will have Macky Gee, TroyBoi, Barely Alive & Kompany, Herobust, and Murdock. Fourth day Diplo, Azzecca, Carlita, KILIMANJARO and the fifth will see an unmissable show with the best techno and stunning visuals by Tale Of Us and Chris Avantgarde. The last day will close the dance floors with Mochakk, Vintage Culture, Ashibah, and Maz.
