Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) invites fans and professionals to get close to the enigmatic Claptone as the first confirmed conference speaker for this year’s ADE Pro. To celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the hit single “No Eyes,” ADE Pro will host the first-ever live interview and Q&A with Claptone, offering an in-depth look into the meteoric rise of the artist behind the golden mask.
The announcement follows the recent news of a fourth day being added to the ADE Pro Conference program. In addition to the existing three-day offering, professionals are now able to attend keynotes, discussions and networking sessions on ADE Saturday as well.
The conference event is set to explore Claptone‘s career in a fully transformed space that reflects the artist’s enigmatic persona. Attendees will gain insights into the milestones and defining moments that have shaped Claptone’s success, through exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, live and archive shots, and highlights of the artist’s most notable achievements.
Claptone‘s rise to fame has solidified his position as a leading force in the music scene. This event presents the opportunity to explore the impact of anonymity and storytelling in electronic music and to gain a deeper understanding of the artist himself.
The Amsterdam Dance Event, an initiative of Buma, has grown into the world’s largest and most influential club-based festival and conference for electronic music.
The event continues to grow and develop each year, with last year’s edition featuring over 2,500 artists and 600 speakers in almost 200 venues. The five-day event attracts visitors from over 146 countries and features every conceivable aspect of electronic music culture, with dedicated conference programming, an extensive arts & culture program, live music and DJ/artist performances, all spread across the city of Amsterdam.
