Insomniac Events has announced the full lineup of music artists for the eighth-annual New Year’s Eve celebration, Countdown. The two-day event is slated to welcome back Headliners at San Bernardino’s NOS Events Center on Friday, December 30th and Saturday, December 31st.
Tens of thousands of attendees can look forward to ringing in 2023 across four unique stages with over 70 artists including standout performances from the likes of Zhu, Galantis, Sidepiece, deadmau5, Slander, Valentino Khan, Tchami, and more.
Indoor and outdoor stages such as The Mothership, the Audiotistic-hosted Nebula, Bassrush’s Area 51, and Twilight Zone, put on by Insomniac Records, will all be returning to usher in ravers as the clock strikes midnight.
Extraterrestrial roaming alien performers, out-of-this-world art installations, food and beverage vendors, champagne toasts, and more will also be back this December alongside a stellar lineup, including a highly-anticipated back-to-back set from Bloodsport (SayMyName and Riot Ten) and a DJ performance from renowned French talent Madeon.
Additional standout lineup highlights include other hard-hitting back-to-back sets from Craze and Zeke Beats, as well as Rohaan and Saka. Psychedelic trance duo Vini Vici will also be helming the decks to ring in the new year, alongside a raucous tech-house set from renowned DJ/production pair Sidepiece.
Desert Hearts’ very-own Mikey Lion and Chicago-based techno powerhouse Green Velvet will be bringing their signature sound to the NOS Events Center, with LA-based creative forces Jauz and Zhu providing their uniquely infectious, relentlessly unyielding barrage of bass all night long. Burgeoning London producer James Hype will be supplying his euphorically entrancing take on house music, in addition to an enthralling performance from Amsterdam natives Yellow Claw.
Elevated VIP offerings include heated seating areas and tents, exclusive New Year’s Eve-centric cocktails, a kandi making station, immersive photo opps, a glam bar, and expedited entry. A ‘Milky Way Hot Chocolate Bar’ and the ‘Flying Saucer Cafe’ will also both be present on-site, complete with cash bars and a plethora of food truck options. GA+ Headliners will be welcomed with expedited entry into the festival as well, in addition to having access to air-conditioned restrooms.
