Junction 2 Festival has revealed its second wave of acts for 2020 with big name artists including Nina Kraviz, Dixon, Maceo Plex, Joy Orbison, Marcel Dettman and Fatima Yamaha joining the already stellar line-up.
The festival returns to London’s Boston Manor Park on 5th and 6th June 2020 with the Friday line-up representing Junction 2 Festival‘s commitment to diverse electronic music. Russian techno maestro Nina Kraviz will return to the festival as part of the day one line-up bringing her clinically precise mix of techno and electro to the London crowds.
Joining her on Friday are synthesiser supremo Fatima Yamaha, making his comeback live performance after taking time out to make his anticipated new album, and Joy Orbison, a man with rave pedigree and a decade of the most devastating club music.
Saturday’s line-up, meanwhile, sees the best in techno legends and the most exciting rising stars play. Ellum label chief Maceo Plex returns to Boston Manor Park, while German maestro and Junction 2 Festival favourite Dixon and techno star Marcel Dettmann also join him on day two. Kompakt and Drumcode favourite ANNA, Panorama Bar veteran Margaret Dygas and Berliner Kobosil also play on Saturday.
Making their Junction 2 Festival debuts on day one of the festival are American house producer and DJ Octo Octa, Melbourne’s Roza Terenzi, BBC Radio 1’s Resident Saoirse, German duo Zenker Brothers and from their Ilian Tape label, Skee Mask, Neighbourhood boss Tasha, and Whities and NTS tastemaker, Tasker.
Debutants for day two include rising stars Anastasia Kristensen and Dr. Rubinstein, as well as Italian Francesco Del Garda and German Roi Perez.
Previous artists announced for Junction 2 Festival include Four Tet, Amelie Lens, Adam Beyer, Ben Klock, Honey Dijon, Dax J, Hessle Audio, weekend resident for 2020 Avalon Emerson and Jon Hopkins – his only full live performance in London next year.
