People gathered from all corners of the globe to take part in the event that sold out in minutes, despite having tickets available for 400,000 people. The colossal event is host to some of the most brilliant stage setups in the world, and the stoping grounds are filled with intricate decorations which produce a fairy tale typesetting that many dancing machines consider to be “home”.
As Tomorrowland kicked off its fifteenth-year celebration with The Book of Wisdom: The Return, it was apparent that the organizers did not hold back at all during preparations for the event.
Tomorrowland is always a crowd-pleaser, but this year something truly remarkable occurred beneath the Belgium sky. One of the mightiest line-ups in the history of music dazzled the audience, while the unmatched production dropped jaws and buckled their knees.
Tomorrowland‘s 15th anniversary edition was full of surprises in order to amaze the People of Tomorrow once again. Dutch DJ and producer Laidback Luke, a Tomorrowland regular and an absolute icon of the Dutch electronic dance music scene, cooked up something very special this year to celebrate 15 years of Tomorrowland.
After playing at the iconic Tomorrowland mainstage, Laidback Luke went undercover as a 70-year-old guy to play unannounced at the legendary Rave Cave, the smallest stage at Tomorrowland and an absolute crowd favorite.
