The sole Tomorrowland Festival that has been showering dance music fans with non-stop action over the years, continues to show the People of Tomorrow that it loves them tremendously.
The most recent display of affection for the fans comes in the form of a golden ticket, so to speak, that can be won by anybody that joins the Pepsi Max Sound of Tomorrow 2019 competition.
Aspiring artists that have been searching for their break now have a once in a lifetime opportunity to break on through to the other side. The competition asks that entries be submitted by desktop only, and the process includes making an upbeat festival mix that would be a good fit for the Tomorrowland experience, that ranges between no less than twenty, and no more than thirty minutes.
After the mix is ready the hopefuls will upload the mix to their Mixcloud accounts, title the mix “Pepsi Max The Sound of Tomorrow 2019 – [DJ NAME]”, and attach the competition artwork that is available for download on the main competition website, and then the final step is to “enter the competition” tab on the official website.
The Pepsi Max The Sound of Tomorrow 2019 competition will be judged by a panel of industry experts including Fedde Le Grand and Tomorrowland representatives. The group will select the ten best mixes and the top ten will win be selected as Stage One Prize Winners.
The prize includes a DJ Bootcamp in Ibiza that will take place May 8-10. The Bootcamp includes rare opportunities to network with elite EDM sensations and heavy hitters in the dance music community and Tomorrowland royalty. Three finalists will be selected at the end of the Bootcamp for stage two.
Advancing to the Stage Two portion would be a potential opportunity for a new career in the music industry for those that advance. Three finalists will be put on a live stage at Tomorrowland 2019 in Belgium.
According to the official website “The person crowned champion of the competition will get the chance to live a once in a lifetime experience and debut their official remix of Fedde Le Grand’s brand new single, that will be released on his record label, Darklight Recordings”.
In life, we as humans can find a million reasons to not do something, if people can look to find just one reason to do something instead of the many reasons to not, the world would be a much better place.
