The expanded dates and on sale details were announced for the 9th annual Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Orlando. Following last year’s sold-out, record-breaking attendance, EDC Orlando will return to Tinker Field in Orlando, FL, extending to three unforgettable days on Friday, Nov. 8 – Sunday, Nov. 10.
Insomniac’s largest festival footprint ever at Tinker Field and the surrounding grounds will allow for an expansion of the iconic EDC experience, including a larger circuitGROUNDS stage, a larger neonGARDEN stage, the first appearance of the kineticENERGY stage outside of Las Vegas, and a completely new fourth stage created especially for this milestone incarnation of EDC Orlando.
The reconfigured festival layout will also allow for more of Insomniac’s roaming performers to interact with Headliners—including new troupes created for Orlando—as well as a new Art Car.
“The energy in Orlando is undeniable, and the growth we’ve seen over the past 8 years is a reflection of a Florida community that’s passionate about dance music and excited about experiencing something new and fresh,” says Insomniac Founder and CEO Pasquale Rotella.
“They deserve a safe and unforgettable experience, and that’s what we are 100 percent focused on delivering” he added.
Last year’s iconic East Coast festival brought 110,000 Headliners together for a celebration filled with positive vibes, great memories and the world’s top dance music artists including Martin Garrix, Alison Wonderland, Nicole Moudaber b2b Paco Osuna, Jamie Jones b2b The Martinez Brothers, Bassnectar and more.
The LED-lit Dream Wheel provided breathtaking views of the massive kineticLOVE stage and a 300-foot-long zip line whisked festivalgoers over the sparkling Lake Beardall. As guests roamed the neon-lit grounds, they journeyed Under the Electric Sky and found a new appreciation for art, music and creativity.
Tickets to the beloved east-coast event go on sale Thursday, April 11 at 9 a.m. PST / 12 p.m. EST here.
