Everyone wants to have a good time on New Year’s Eve, I mean why not right? When it comes to bringing in the new year you want to do it right and while some of us may attend festivals or go out for more than a few drinks, a lingerie party in Georgia was broken up over 1 ounce of weed.
The party was labeled as a lingerie 21st birthday party but it turned sour around 2 am when the police arrived on the scene. The police were called by the neighbors on the basis that gunshots were heard by the neighbors.
Everyone at the party seemed to keep quiet as to not snitch on any one person but in the end, the police did around 70 arrests on the suspicion of possession of marijuana.
Marijuana was the least surprising thing that cops found on the scene as they also confiscated two firearms, cocaine, and a variety of pipes and smoking devices. Unfortunately for the attendees of this party, Cartersville Police Department refers all drug investigations to a special task force so this won’t be over anytime soon.
