Dutch DJ and producer Martin Garrix is DJ MAG Top 100 DJs winner of the year 2017. He has been crowned at a sold out awards party in Amsterdam Arena.
Martin Garrix reclaims his throne in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs poll, as he is crowned “No. 1 DJ” for the second consecutive year. The award caps a meteoric rise for Garrix over the past few years — ever since ‘Animals’ shot to No.1 around the world in 2013.

This year’s poll came with much more amount of WTFs than expected with Swedish House Mafia legend, Steve Angello being at position no. 82, Carl Cox is believe it or not (highest ranked techno DJ) at position no. 62, and legends like Knife Party, Kaskade, Excision, Bassnectar, Nina Kraviz and A-Trak are not even on this list.
The DJ Mag Top 100 DJs list is always fun to mull over and discuss, so take a look at it in full below and feel free to share your opinion in the comments section on this year’s rankings.
