Russia, the country of beautiful women, Anna Karenina and icy winter rapidly climbs to the global electronic dance music map and largely thanks to Alfa Future People. Our team was there and without any doubts we can say that this festival is one of the 5 best in the world.
This amazing EDM festival, which is also devoted to the new technologies of the future, was held on the territory of Russia, more precisely in Bolshoye Kozino near Nizhny Novgorod.
From 22 till 24 july 50,000 Russians and people from all over the world flocked to the festival site to watch performances from Armin Van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Axwell^Ingrosso, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Wiwek, Valentino Khan, GTA and Infected Mushroom. An amazing, out of this world main stage, lightshow and a lot of fireworks marked the third edition of this festival.
In two days on 125 hectares of land, and 4 incredible stages, have performed more than 120 DJ’s, musicians and live bands. On the main stage, EDM fans could enjoy performances from superstar DJs like Martin Garrix, Axwell^Ingrosso, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Armin van Buuren, W&W, Yellow Claw, Lost Frequencies, Pendulum, Bobina, and many more.
Their Live & Bass stage hosted DJs such as Valentino Khan, Infected Mushroom, Wiwek, Noisia, Teddy Killers, Brennan Heart, Mari Ferrari.
Alfa Future People‘s amazing futuristic main stage easily rivals established canons like Tomorrowland ,Ultra Music Festival and EDC. It offers a greater perspective of the Alpha Future robot, so it looks like it came from the year 2035. Even Pasquale Rotella, founder and CEO of Insomniac was so amazed by the last year’s stage so he hired the same people to build a stage for EDC-Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas 2016.

There were a ton of activities during the day, so festival goers had the oportunity to go to the beach, chill out with rave joga, ride a motocross, play american football, basketball, volleyball, laser tag. Everything is very well organized and there really is no shortage of activities for both day/night!
It was a really great adventure and we are going there next year for sure. So if you like to rave and enjoy in good electronic music than you should definitely add this incredible electronic dance music festival to your bucket list.
